Its fictional founder, Ben Larson, spent years working alongside residential remodelers around the Twin Cities. He noticed that the most valued part of good service was rarely flashy. It was returning the call. Protecting the floor. Explaining the options. Finishing what was started.
Northstar imagines a local handyman business where those basics are the whole operating system—not an afterthought.
